I've got this idea

I think I'm going to go through my watch list, and start promoting people who I don't think have received enough attention, based on the quality of their work.  I'll also accept nominations (via note, preferably) for people to promote, once I've run out of people on my list.

I'm thinking once a week should be appropriate, probably either Tuesday or Thursday nights.
